KnockDok is a digital health platform designed to streamline and enhance healthcare delivery through a comprehensive suite of tools for both patients and providers.

Out Patient (OP)

Streamlines non-admission patient visits, including general and company-sponsored cases. Covers registration, consultation, diagnostics, prescriptions, and OP billing workflows..

Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Digitally stores clinical data tailored for General, Gynac, OB-Gynac, and Paediatric care. Supports history tracking, diagnosis, prescriptions, antenatal care, and follow-ups.

Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Manages lab orders from test request to report generation with high accuracy. Includes sample tracking, analyzer integration, and automated result entry.

Radiology Information System (RIS)

Coordinates radiology workflows and report access between radiologists and clinicians. Supports test scheduling, templated reporting, and result sharing.

Pharmacy

Oversees end-to-end medicine management for all patient types and billing modes. Handles dispensing, stock tracking, expiry alerts, and integrated billing.

In-Patient (IP) Management

Handles the full lifecycle of admitted patients across all billing categories. Includes admission, bed allocation, clinical notes, daily billing, and discharge.

Operation Theater (OT)

Manages scheduling and execution of surgeries for in-patient and day-care cases. Ensures smooth coordination between OT staff and automated billing.

Patient Appointment Scheduling

Helps patients book appointments with doctors efficiently. Supports both online and walk-in scheduling with reminders.

Queue Management

Organizes patient flow and reduces waiting time. Displays real-time queue status and integrates with display boards.

Doctor Payment

Automates payment calculation for visiting doctors. Tracks services, applies logic, and generates detailed reports.

Certificate/Letter Management

Generates medical certificates and letters using templates. Supports custom content, printing, and export.

Dashboards
